You can join for all four sessions or pick and choose which to attend. Members get a discounted rate when signing up for all four sessions!  Sign up on the Session 1 page and select the "4-Part Series" option to pay the package price. You will then be registered for the subsequent sessions.

This session will help you answer these requests with confidence and dive deeper into building strong working relationships to seamlessly collaborate with your operations team members. Learn specific steps and processes to implement at your firm, as well as the lessons learned along the way. 

About the Speaker

Laurie joined Degenkolb in 2004. Over her career she has held different titles and worked cross functionally to help grow the firm to over 400 people. She is driven by seeking out opportunities to develop new skills, taking on new responsibilities, and generally challenging herself to grow. She is also involved in SMPS and was previously the President of the San Francisco chapter.
