Join representatives from the construction and design team for an inside look at the North City Development project in San Marcos. This event is specially targeted toward new members, offering a great opportunity to get acquainted with the chapter, connect with peers, and learn more about our community and industry involvement. New members attend for free! If you joined on or after 10/1/2025, use the code NewMember2026 at checkout.

Attendees will begin with an overview of the broader North City vision and development progress, gaining insight into how this dynamic mixed-use community continues to evolve. The program will then move to a hard hat site walk of North City Block F, the newest building currently under construction, providing a firsthand look at project execution and team collaboration in action. Along the way, the group will also pass by 222 North City, the most recently completed building, to experience how the finished product contributes to the district’s energy and identity. The afternoon will conclude with a hosted happy hour at Draft Republic from 4:00–5:30 PM to continue the conversation, strengthen connections, and further engage with chapter members.
